Cancellations
Once a job has been surfaced or edged, it can not be cancelled. If a process hasn’t been started on the job we may be able to remove that from the order.
Frames
We are not responsible for patient’s own frames or frames that are not meant to have Rx lenses inserted. New frames should be covered by the manufacturers warranty and will be returned for replacement.
Payment Policy
Payment terms for discount pricing is Net 15 EOM. Payments received after the 15th will not have discounts applied. Delinquent accounts will be subject to interest charges of 1.5% each month. Warranties and credits will not be issued to delinquent accounts.
Progressive Non-Adapt
We stand behind our Digital progressives 100%, we will replace them with your choice of lens, with the lower cost of the 2 being credited. Rx and fitting must stay the same to be eligible. Progressives fit below Minimum fitting height are not eligible.
Inactive accounts
Any account with less than $200.00 of purchases per month will be considered inactive after 12 consecutive months. All warranties are void on inactive accounts.
